International Shipping


◎Free shipping on orders over ¥30,000.
◎For items under ¥30,000, a shipping fee of ¥4,000 will be charged in any area.
◎For aluminum and brass, shipping fee will be estimated and charged cause of heavy weigths.

This is a notice regarding the impact of COVID-19. Currently, due to the influence of COVID-19, there are some countries that cannot be delivered by Japan Post EMS. Areas that cannot be delivered by Japan Post EMS will be delivered by DHL.

Shipping from Japan via EMS Japan Post  (Express Mail Service) or International Parcel Post or DHL.

● Delivery days are normally in 2 weeks. 5 weeks in case of out of stock.
● We will ship after the payment is settled.
● After shipment is made, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
● Please understand there will be delays depending upon customs clearance and other various conditions of transportation.
※ In case of package held to the Customs Office of your country, contact the Office so that you may pick it up.
※Insurance fee of 50 yen will be added every 20,000 yen.

Add items to your cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button for each item you want to buy.

Confirm cart contents

Once you've added everything you want to your cart, click the View Cart button. On this page, confirm the contents of your cart, and then click Check Out.
You will be prompted to log in or create an account, or check out as a guest. Choose the option you desire and follow the steps that appear.

Online purchasing procedure

STEP1. Customer information
Please enter your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and phone number.
STEP2. Shipping destination
Please let us know if the shipping address is different from the one written in the previous customer information.
In addition, please be sure to answer questions such as the door thickness, the door type, etc.
※If you purchased wall hangers only, please answer the few following questions.
STEP3. Payment
Please choose your payment method : PayPal or Square / the safty credit card transaction system (VISA / Master / AMEX).
In the case of PayPal payments, please pay according to the link after order completion.
In the case of credit card transactions, we will send you a credit card invoice in another e-mail after your order is completed.
STEP4.Order verification
Please check the content of your order.
STEP5.Order confirmation
Please press the button to confirm your order.

You will receive an order confirmation email after completing the checkout process. Please ensure all details are correct, and contact us if there are any problems or questions.

Receive items

Purchase Point


Prices include tax. No additional taxes will be added on checkout.

5% of total item price will be added as shopping point. Points should be used for your next shopping.




After you complete your order, we will automatically proceed with online payment with PayPal, so please pay the procedure.

Credit card payment by Square

Please choose credit card payment (VISA / Master / AMEX) by Square. After completing your shopping cart order, we will send you a Square invoice via email.
The payment deadline will be 3 days after completing your order.


Customs duties, consumption tax, etc. that are required upon arrival will be paid by the customer.


Exchanges and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please choose carefully, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refunds for the dissatisfaction with colour, grain, veining or texture of wood and leather because of natural variations of which we have no control, will not be accepted. 

If, however, you are not satisfied of your purchase, on the basis of a manufacturing fault, please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt.
Should we agree to an exchange, you must return the goods within 7 business days. All returned items must be in a new, unused, unmarked, re-saleable condition and must be carefully packed for transport. Exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.
